Anywho, the thing has leaked from day one, I couldn't put anything out there unless it was in a waterproof container. I finally got some roof panels & reroofed it. It took me quite awhile only because I stopped halfway (it was hot!) and got so busy with work I hadn't had a chance or energy to climb back up there.
So shed is roofed! yay, btw I used Ondura, there are tons of mixed reviews on it. I liked it because I could do it myself & I wanted to test it out to see how sturdy it was. I'd like to use it for some donk projects because 1. it looks inedible LOL we'll see about that! 2. no sharp edges!
Ok, so projects, yay! Got a ornament order in right now so I'm prepping that. Since it started raining I decided to dig out my coat project. I'm really happy I wrote all the details down - stitch length and the settings for topstitching. I'm almost done, I think I might even have it done tonight! It's a nice brown colored fur type material - I honestly couldn't even tell you what it is (it was a deal in other words!) for the lining. The outer shell is the same material I used on my sister's coat, its called Toray Entrant (another screaming deal I couldn't pass up!). This material is unbelievable waterproof, I'll have to take a video of it under the faucet, it literally doesn't get wet!
I had gotten the back & fronts mostly completed on the outer and lining, today I assembled the sleeves. I got the sleeves attached to the lining.
my 'other' me modeling the lining after attaching the sleeves, the side seam is pinned
