I am the hippie, geek, artist
I am an artist, ever since I could remember I was drawing or trying to make things. In my early years it was mostly drawing, paper and pencils were what I had to work with. I've done custom portraits of dogs and children, and in the last few years I've started sewing and braiding. I just love making things with my hands, sometimes it's not something I can sell and some 'invention' I've made for my home. I love being able to recycle things, but I also LOVE technical things, like hi tech fabrics and gadgets! Yes, all those little electronic toys they have around these days ( especially cameras! LOVE taking pics!)
I also have a passion for home and gardening. I love growing my own veggies, I love being green. I even rode my bicycle for several years instead of driving! ( thanks to my Xtracycle!) So Hippie Geek Farm art sums it up for me, I'm a hippie, but a geek, I have a mini farm and I've always been into art. It doesn't really always make sense but that is who I am!
I've also always had a love for animals, especially equines. I was the horse crazed kid, still am! I now have two donkeys, a dog, seven chickens and two cats. I love my animals, I love taking care of them and being around them.
